The Referral Program is available to clients for whom Jaarstin Surplus Solutions, Inc. has successfully recovered excess funds. Referral rewards are calculated as 2% of the fee actually collected by Jaarstin Surplus Solutions on a referred client's case, and are paid only after that case has been successfully resolved and our fee has been collected. There is no cost to participate in the Referral Program, and participation does not affect the fee or funds owed to you on your own case. Jaarstin Surplus Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Referral rewards may be subject to tax reporting requirements; we encourage you to consult a tax professional with any questions about how a referral reward may affect you.
